
Who is ready to take a deep dive into weighted calisthenics!? Join us, Sunday, December 7th, at Ultimate Calisthenics, 1pm-4pm, where we will be hosting a weighted calisthenics workshop + meet up.
We will be going into extensive detail about the 4 main movements: muscle up, pull up, dip, and squat, where we will be going over belt positioning, bracing, ques, muscle engagement, stretch reflex, bar grip, hand width, and much MUCH more! The 4 movements will be taught by James Lin, Jonathan (Lotus) Morris, Josiha Kerr, and Aaron Kamula, and they will be going over the safest and most efficient way to perform each movement to push the most amount of weight while avoiding injury.
