The 2019 Spring Classic Calisthenics Competition is the biggest competition put together by Calisthenics Canada. It’s a true test of foundation bodyweight exercises, strength and stamina.
This past Saturday we had the pleasure of hosting at Project RISE one of the biggest faces in Calisthenics for an amazing workshop. Chris Heria and the Thenx team came all the way from Miami to inspire more growth in the calisthenics community in Canada. The workshop was held in a private setting allowing all the 30 participants and the whole Thenx group to interact and learn about these two moves. Really incredible vibes filled with good laughs and lots of knowledge on not only these moves but many principles of calisthenics and training. I’m sure that this won’t be the last time we see Chris and his team here in Toronto so stay tuned for the next event.
For the first time ever Chris Heria and The Thenx team will be in Toronto, Canada at Project RISE and will be covering handstand progressions, pike push ups, handstand variations, and how to achieve the planche.
This is an exclusive workshop and spots are limited. This is a guaranteed sellout event and a big step for calisthenics in Canada. World class athletes and coaches like Chris and his team are a necessary part of the development of the sport and it’s great to see these events emerge.
